York Street Apartments

From a technical point of view, the York St Apartments were Tawera Group’s most ambitious and challenging project. Originally a warehouse of 110,000 sq ft., nestling in an acre and a half of grounds, it was converted into 64 apartments ranging from 400 sq ft to 4000 sq ft.

Located in sought-after Parnell, the complex features a 25 metre pool, gym and tennis courts.
